Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in questo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort! La gentilezza della proprietaria Marisa e l'accoglienza della Signora Corradina hanno reso il tutto ancora più piacevole! Appartamento da consigliare assolutamente anche a famiglie con bambini! Terrazzo panoramico attrezzato per potersi godere colazioni, pranzi e cene all'insegna del relax! Ottima la posizione!

Wir haben 1 Woche unmittelbar an einer großen Baustelle gelebt, es wird eine große Appartement Anlage direkt (50mt) vor der Wohnung gebaut. Die Wohnung hätte nicht vermietet werden dürfen. Der Baulärm war unerträglich. Die Reaktion der Verwalterin war gleichgültig. Auch Beschwerden an FeWo blieben erfolglos.

Ottima esperienza. Casa in un villaggio a 200mt dal mare facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di ombrellone e lettini nel vicino lido. Assieme ai ragazzi ci siamo divertiti e rilassati. Esperienza che sicuramente rifaremo.Tks

Very nice appartment

The flat is fully furnished and there was everything you need just for the 1st day before you can go shopping. There was even a bottle of water and a bowl of peaches ready for us. There was also a sturdy parasol, bucket, folding chairs for the beach, a buggy, hairdryer, large barbecue and much more. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view to the sea. You can easily walk the 200m. There was still a lot of seaweed on the beach until mid-June, but it was still very Caribbean. Besides, the seaweed had just been cleared away. Depending on the wind direction you can also go to the southwest side (Carratois approx. 20min by car). Both beaches are ideal for children as the water is very shallow. The handover was very friendly and we were asked twice if we were comfortable. I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will gladly go there again. Many thanks to the owner. Host gentilissimi, pulizia impeccabile. La casa era spaziosa per una vacanza di una settimana, vicina alla spiaggia e anche se leggermente distante dal centro, di giorno lungo la spiaggia si raggiunge comodamente. Siamo stati molto contenti!

Un’estate siciliana

La casa è comoda grande terrazza da noi poco usata per la grande calura ma di grandi potenzialità con un tempo più mite.la spiaggia annessa è bella il mare pulitissimo. Tutt’attorno un grande paesaggio con spiagge bellissime soprattutto nella riserva di vendicati.

la casetta è molto graziosa con un ampio terrazzo da cui godere il tramonto. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il lido del villaggio e buona per marzamemi e altre località in quanto raggiungibili con la macchina . Tutto sommato consigliamo l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza .

Vacanza in Sicilia agosto 2019

L’appartamento è davvero molto curato e pulito, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sia la Signora Marisa che la Signora Corradina sono state gentilissime e disponibilissime. Nonostante siamo arrivati molto tardi Corradina ci ha aspettato per darci personalmente le chiavi e spiegarci un po’ di cose. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ombrellone in spiaggia in posizione capofila. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua xche l’appartamento dispone di una riserva privata. Sicuramente da consigliare x chi come noi vuole visitare questa zona della Sicilia

Non manca nulla!!

Sono stata in vacanza qui, tra la fine di giugno ed inizio luglio, con mio marito e i nostri bimbi (quasi 6 anni / 8 mesi). La casa è veramente bene attrezzata: in cucina non manca nulla, ci è stato messo a disposizione il lettino ed anche il seggiolone per il bimbo piccolo, lenzuola ed asciugamani (davvero morbidi), phon, lavatrice, ci sono le zanzariere.. insomma non manca nulla. Manca in realtà solo la lavastoviglie ma avendo mangiato pochissime volte a casa non si è rivelato un problema. Il pezzo forte della casa è indubbiamente il terrazzo, vista mare di giorno e vista cielo stellato di notte. Terrazzo davvero spazioso attrezzato con stendibiancheria, ombrellone tavolo e bbq. La casa tra l’atro è in una zona davvero silenziosa quindi di notte si riposa benissimo. Nonostante le alte temperature è una casa fresca e sempre arieggiata. Posizionata appunto in zona tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima al centro di Marzamemi ed in generale in posizione strategica. Ha anche una spiaggia (con ombrellone e lettino assegnati) a pochi passi. Sicuramente non la spiaggia più bella che abbia visto in queste vacanze ma comunque una gran comodità per quei gg nei quali non si ha voglia di spostarsi con l’auto. La casa è inoltre arredata davvero con gusto, ed anche amore credo, ed è per questo immediata le sensazione di sentirsi a proprio agio. Accoglienza della signora Giusi molto cordiale e grandissima disponibilità (telefonica e mezzo mail) della signora Marisa. Siamo stati davvero bene e se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti sicuramente sapremo già dove andare!

La casa è come descritta , la proprietaria non era presente e ci ha ha accolto la Sig.ra Giusy, che si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile in tutto.
