This is our second year here as a family of 5. Kids love the pool, the sand, etc. The house is always in great shape. Location is great as well, no tourist hot spots near by so i'ts quiet. Couple good restaraunts near by as well. Can't wait to go back.

Comprehensive welcome packet explaining all facets of the home, local area, tourism, and entertainment. Clean, modern facilities w/ private beach, dock, and pool. Plenty of space for meal prep, indoor and outdoor activities. Favorite amenities were the dock at sunset, kayaks, paddle boards, 6’ dual fridge, pool…Easy access to starfish point, rum point, Kaibo beach by both foot and water. Seamless arrival and departure.

Was in great shape, the dock and view are amazing. It’s perfect for photos and watching sunsets. The house is large and fits everyone well. Would be nice if there was a coffee maker and if there was a place to swim in the ocean, there’s no beach on the lot however the location is meant and perfect for a quiet escape and you can ferry to seven mile easily for an amazing beach day.

This was a wonderful luxurious house for our family of eight adults and three children. Unlike many vacation rentals, where wide angle photography from close up is used to make rooms look bigger than they are, we had to use wide angle lenses from a distance to get the whole house, pool and beachfront in the picture. The location is relatively far, in Cayman Islands terms, from 7 mile beach, but we concluded, particularly after seeing a 7 mile beach, that it was far better for our family stay.

The house was amazing, actually better than the photos. Lisa the Host was generous and kind. Marva, the house manager was so responsive and amazing with any questions. If you are looking for an amazing vacation this is it! The sunsets at the private dock are post card worthy each night….

This was a perfect house for a large family, 9 adults and 2 one year olds and it still felt spacious! The room layouts were wonderful, well appointed kitchen, and wonderful views. The spacious beachfront was spectacular and the dock was amazing, with its covered gazebo which made for perfect reading by day and relaxation at night. The pool was the largest of 5 previous rentals and the mid week cleaning was appreciated, but not required. The house is peaceful yet in a perfect location close to starfish point and Kaibo Beach club, and a wonderful mile walk to Rumpoint. Marva was incredibly responsive and helpful. Lisa was amazing as we planned our trip and gave so many details and referrals. We selected a private chef she recommended it was my favorite night of the week. I honestly can say there is not one thing I would change or could complain about, 10 out of 10!!!
Total privacy.
So many lounging spots to choose from!

Simply Put...It's Paradise!

If you want that once in a lifetime family/friends vacation book this place. You won't be disappointed! It is not by all of the downtown action if you want that. We did rent a vehicle. The house is about 50 mins away. However it is a 5 min. walk to StarFish Point. 5 minute walk to Kaibo Kai Beach/Restaurant/Cafe. 5 minute drive to Rum Point (which I highly recommend)We did the Bioluminescent Tour out of Rum Point and it was the Best excursion ever. We drove to 7 mile Beach one day.. it was beautiful there! You will be so glad you did it. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fabulous! Our favorite hangout! The pier/pavillion was a great place to relax out over the water! Had a great time kayaking too!Soo many outside areas to sit! The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was like brand new and so organized and clean. They even have a drawer filled with spices for cooking! The views are AMAZING! Marva the house manager is awesome! The owners are great and very responsive to your needs! The pictures don't lie.. even more beautiful in person. Celebrated our Daughters Birthday/Mother's Day/hubby's Retirement and even better our daughter got engaged out on the pier! This place is Paradise! You won't even want to leave it!!

Paradise on Cayman's North Side

Amazing property with immaculate house, amazing pool and beautiful beach. The location was quiet/private, yet only minutes from the Kaibo Beach Club and Rum Point when we were looking for more activity or a bite to eat. Easy access to water activities - jet skis can be delivered right to the property's dock and we boarded a boat excursion less than 5 minutes away at Rum Point. Highly recommend for a leisurely beach vacation!!

Awesome Time!

House is located in the nice and quite area of Rum Point just south of star fish point. Walking distance to a nice restaraunt, and of course star fish right off your beach area. Can snorkel or paddle board. Skip the frantic and crowded area by 7 mile and go to where its nice an quiet.

A fantastic home that had everything we needed. World class kitchen, Plenty of space to hang out and great pool. A quiet area with a great restaurant and coffee in a few minutes walk. Owners and property managers were highly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Beautiful Property-Perfect Stay

The property was perfect for entertaining our group of Adult family and friends. Communications with the host was excellent. We really appreciated having so many spaces to choose from to relax in. The pool was enjoyed by all. Spaces are all large and beautifully appointed. We look forward to returning next year!

Cayman Family Paradise

We loved our stay at this Cayman family paradise! The property is well suited to families of all ages to enjoy the property, in particular the huge pool, abundance of seating areas and dock with palapa. There are lots of starfish/etc to spot the dock and we arranged a boat pick up from the dock for other snorkel/etc excursions. The interior of the house is just as pictured and we appreciated prompt responses from the owner and housekeeper. Highly recommended!

Big clean beautiful home

The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. We are 3 generations, with 4 teenagers. The house has all tile floors with high ceilings and open spaces. It is beautiful, but It did get loud, with the small scale pool table with no pockets, however that didn’t stop anyone from playing. The outside spaces are amazing. Kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, all were used constantly. We never did fine the corn hole though. The location is good with a couple restaurants. We went into George Town a few times, about a half hour drive. The beds were comfortable, but could use a king bed. Overall it was a great place to spend Christmas
