Stylish & Bright

Great house, nicely decorated. Lots of room with nice pool & Lanai. Very comfortable. Easy access to shopping & major highways.Very clean with many amenities. My only suggestion would be to have more towels. I recommend renting this house.

Needs some TLC

The house has a nice location, but needs some TLC. The outside yard needs help as it is overgrown. The inside needs someone that can paint and match paint as the touch up that was done in semi gloss and the original was a flat paint. The dishwasher was installed wrong so the dish rack doesn’t come out correctly. The ice machine and and water is not hooked up on the refrigerator. Also the house is on a well and no mention of this anywhere until the day before you get there. So you have to buy water and ice during your stay. The layout is great and the showers were wonderful. The master had a dresser but the other 2 bedrooms do not.

Enjoyed my stay in sunny Florida

Stayed 5 days. House was clean and comfortable. Description of the property is very accurate. We had five adults and an infant, and we all fit very nicely. Enjoyed sitting outside by the pool.

This house is ok. There was a sulfur smell from running water. The house is a bit tired There needs to be some updates to the guest bathroom. There are bad hard water stains, fixtures need updating due to the stains. There should be a dresser or a suit case stand in the queen bed room. Other VRBOs I’ve stayed in have been much more accommodating with every little thing thought of and the little touches on appearance are considered. Asking guests to put out the garbage pails is not guest friendly. Also, expecting people to give you a five star review for 100 VRBO credit lacks integrity

Home away from home

This house is beautiful and very homey. We had everything we could need. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every second. The check in and check out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful HEATED Pool!

Location was about hour drive from Tampa airport. Close to Walmart/restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet & the yard was super private due to unbuilt lots behind the house. Pool was heated perfectly & my kids (9 & 11) enjoyed it everyday! There are no pool toys so bring/buy your own. House was set up very comfortably, kids rooms on one side & master suit on the other. Kitchen had most things you need to cook as well as a washer & dryer to use. Text owner with a question & he responded quickly. Made our 10 day stay perfect!

Nice house in February

The house was exactly as advertised. The only issue we had was the television, I have never heard of Samsung TV Plus some sort of cable tv is needed. The house was furnished nice. Kitchen had everything needed and the pool is very nice

Great stay!

Property was as advertised, overall clean and communication with property manager was fast. Had almost everything we needed appliance/utility wise to make Thanksgiving dinner! Would be helpful to have instructions on how to work the pool heater and the Wi-Fi password posted.
