"This Resort was for sure worthy of all the hype and any hype, All food options we tried were really good.. With the exception of 1. The staff was very hospitable.. The facilities were very clean and neat.. If the pool stayed open a bit longer and there was at least a bowling alley or arcade or mini casino it would really be a 5 star resort.. Now Everything About the SPA is exactly what it should be, from the welcoming staff, to the aura, to the neat & professional clean presentation.. Deb & Kyla were the best receptionist ever.. We were supposed to be service the first day of our trip but the site that hosted the voucher didn't specify if we should make an appointment but they no problem making us the 1st couple massage for the next day.. Victoria was my husband's masseuse & Jason was my massuer.. They both did a phenomenal job.. We can't wait to return.. The spa even has skincare samples ready to buy and Kyla was such a doll about assisting me with that.. We've had our fair share of Resort Spas, This ranks as #1.. Definitely in Florida's Top 5 Resort Spas.."
