Experience the best of coastal living at Seaside Resort Unit 1203. When arriving at the resort you will have plenty of parking in our covered garage area. Taking one of the two elevators up to the 12th floor, arriving at our home you will instantly be blown away with the views from our condo. Every bedroom has a window with Ocean Views, and the (2) living areas have floor to ceiling windows, its unbelievable.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bedroom has an ocean view, and being on the 12th floor there is no obstructions! All of our rooms offer cozy bedding, fresh linens and towels, all made fresh prior to your arrival. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
