The location of the condo was excellent location to access the beach. There were a few cleanliness issues that were addressed to the rental company. They responded in a timely manner. But overall it was an excellent stay.

Great condo if you have a larger crowd. We loved having 2 refrigerators!! We don’t eat out but do all our own cooking. If you do that bring your own cookware. There were plenty of large plates and silverware but lacking in bowls and small plates. The coffee cups are smaller. I bring my own. There is a Keurig there which wasn’t in the photos. It worked well. We loved having so many bathrooms. The furniture is not showplace quality or condition but that was great since we didn’t have to worry about it. It’s the beach, right? Couches and beds were comfy. Everything was very clean. We loved the very long table! So many places don’t have this. The parking is a challenge if you are there in season. You get 3 tight spots. Bring small cars. There are 2 handicap spots and 2 visitor spots, also very tight. There is an elevator and a large cart to bring your stuff upstairs. We’d rent this again!

This was a great spot for our family gathering. The place was in good condition and the room set up was perfect for us. The location is great, being just across the street from the beach. We were lacking a few provided items, but there was good communication and a quick response to drop off the supplies.

It was a great location. Roomy enough for 12 adults and 5 children. A bathroom for everyone. Great ocean views from the living room and two bedroom balconies, close to food and shopping. The neighbors were the nicest, most helpful people. If I had to say anything negative it would be concerning parking. Really not the fault of this condo, more so a North Myrtle beach issue. You get three parking spots with this condo, there is NO overnight parking to purchase in North Myrtle. You will have to park extra vehicles at Walmart about 5 minutes down the road. If you rent a golf cart it will have to be parked in one of those three spots. Also only beach umbrellas are allowed at the beaches here. Nothing tent or canopy like.

Graduation vacation

My daughter graduated and wanted a beach trip. Trip was good. It was just across the street from the beach. Had enough space for everyone to sleep and plenty of space to eat at the table. Thanks for a great stay.

Filthy

Very nice layout. The whole house was absolutely filthy. Disgusting!! We had to clean for hours beforehand. Luckily they let us in early. Mold on exhaust fans, tubs, shower curtains. Stove, refrigerator filthy. Tub filthy. Beds & underneath beds gross. Floors filthy our socks & feet black! Dryer was broke. Pans rusted and gross. Toaster had piles of bread stuck in it. Dishes chipped and some dirty! Food in sink and fridge. Fridge water filters bad. Ice jammed. Silverware drawers with crumbs all over. Curtains hard to open because ripped. Stained all over couches & pillows. I roll of toilet paper for 5 bathrooms no soap no paper towels laundry detergent no dish soap. 3 car spots which 1 is compact.

NMB 6BR condo

This condo has great “bones!” Front room is open and airy, lots of light, good partial ocean views from 3 balconies and easy access to the beach, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. BUT, It is in severe need of an update and renovation. The furniture, cabinets, walls are beat up. The paint is very dark going up the stairs and the entire second floor. The lighting is not good and feels dreary. The kitchen is very cramped and has hardly any room for people to maneuver. The 2 refrigerators are helpful and the dishwasher seems new, but everything else is worn out. The pots and pans are mishmashed and worn out. Utensils, silverware, toaster & coffee pots are fine though. Mattresses were very soft and quilts old. There was sand and dust under the furniture. The card table had crumbs scattered on top. There were empty coke bottles on the one balcony. There was a chirping fire alarm that took almost 24 hours to have a repair man arrive… luckily my husband stood on a chair and could hardly reach but did and replaced the battery. Several lights were burnt out. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. Overall, we would only rent this again if it was renovated and the furnishing, lighting and decorations, pots & pans etc. were replaced /updated.

The property was nice. Could have paid a little more attention to cleaning details there was trash and socks under the bed. Nice quiet location easy to get to local attractions. Enough space for the whole family.
