There is substantial deferred maintenance with this property. The pictures do not show the fascia that is nearly falling down, the weight limited indoor metal staircase, the sparsely painted raw OSB board covering an old entrance (?), or the large sheets of paint peeling off the swimming pool wall. Our stay was interrupted with multiple appliance failures and WiFi difficulties. While we were eventually compensated, I wouldn’t want any other family to experience what we did.

Golf Trip

Overall the location and accomodation was great but the house is very tired on the outside and needs some TLC. Inside the space is great, the beds were very comfortable but some of the appliances need attention. The hot tub does not get hot and althought the owners tried to tell us thats the way it is supposed to be...we found out differently from the pool service person.
