This beautiful new home has gorgeous ocean views, 2 fanned front balconies that cross the front of the house at levels 2 and 3, and large decks at those levels as well. The house is inverted, with the kitchen on and large family room and dining area on the 3rd floor allowing guests to enjoy magnificent ocean views. The 2nd and 3rd floors are accessible by both stairs and an elevator. The home is beautifully furnished and includes too many amenities to list including smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms, as well as the living room and the game room, a cocktail game table with 412 video games, a regulation Skee Ball game for practice before you hit the boardwalk, Yogibo couch and chairs for game play, washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi among many others. The house boasts two masters, the 3rd floor master includes a king bed with in-suite bathroom and gorgeous tiled shower as well as an ocean view and the 2nd floor master also includes a king bed and beautiful balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, also on the second floor, includes a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, ideal for kids. This bedroom shares a large Jack and Jill bathroom with the 4th Bedroom which features a beautiful outdoor deck. The 5th bedroom is at ground level and has an in-suite bathroom. Also located at the level is a second refrigerator and small kitchen area. Overall, the home includes 5 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 12+ with 4.5 bathrooms. The house is beautifully furnished and linens, bath towels and beach towels are all available for your comfort and convenience. The house is fully cleaned and sanitized between guests for your safety. The house is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood only 1.5 blocks to the beach (so no driving to the beach and paying to park or getting your car full of sand) with lots of privacy in the backyard which backs up to dunes. The back patio outside the kitchen has a barbecue grill and tables and chairs to dine al fresco. The house is a short trip from the beautiful Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, a variety of gorgeous golf courses for golfers at all skill levels, and near to the Tanger Outlet Mall. The area also offers outstanding dining from steak and seafood, to Italian and of course barbecue, just to name a few.
