Cozy and spacious 1 bedroom apartment located near Little Rock comes fully furnished with all the best amenities, toiletries and complementary goods to make your accommodation an unforgettable experience. The unit includes a full living room area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and in-unit laundry area. The living room also has a futon for additional sleeping accommodations. The complex features plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation, including a fitness center and courtyard!

Guests have access to their unit and the fitness center. Guests will be able to view their check-in info on their arrival date. This info will include parking instructions and the code for the lockbox containing their keys.

This property does not have an elevator. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and guests will need to be able to climb the stairs to access the unit. You cannot receive mail here. Good location, cleanliness could use some work

For the most part, the apartment was clean, but the floors throughout the entire apartment were extremely sticky, which made it feel not very clean. We were only given two towels and nothing to stand on when getting out of the shower except the sticky floor. The apartment also smelled as if someone had been smoking cigarettes in it recently or someone in an adjacent apartment had been smoking and the smell creeped over. Either way, it smelled like cigarettes. I would also highly encourage the owner to invest in a dehumidifier. All of our stuff felt damp after only being there a few hours. Overall, the bed was comfy and it was somewhere to sleep.
