Split design 3-bedroom house, with master bedroom and bathroom located on one side of house, and other two bedrooms and bathroom on the other. New comfortable beds in all bedrooms. The screened-in porch is located at the back of the house and looks over a beautiful, private sanctuary. This gated community has 5 pools (one located across the street from the house), a gym, bar, restaurant, and golf course. Rental includes a new grill and a golf cart. Everything you need is right here! Monthly rentals only. Must pass a background check as required by the community.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
