Good trip

Location was great, size of the townhouse was great. Place just needs a new coat of paint and replace the carpets. Few little things to spruce it up would have been nice, but absolutely great view of the lake. Great location and plenty of space for our party of 6.

Spacious and Comfortable

Coworkers and I stayed for a week and there was plenty of room for 4 of us and was convenient to restaurants and stores. The beds were also very nice and comfortable.

Condo is well situated relative to the airport and Charleston, and has plenty of room. Those are the positives. Unfortunately, there was a condo fire two doors down and the parking lot is littered with roof tiles, and a big dumpster and a port-o-John just outside the front door. The unit needs maintenance (shower not draining, lightbulbs out, walls that need paint and rugs desperate for a cleaning, for instance). The heat does not work on the first floor and it was a very cold stay. Would not recommend.

Bachelorette Weekend

The space was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own space but also the common spaces were nice as well for everyone to come together. The deck was a great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon photo op and the ducks were an added bonus. The host was very quick to respond to questions and gave nice Charleston recommendations. I would recommend this place for a large group.

Not what we expected

Unfortunately, there was a fire two houses down from this location that damaged the house next door and caused construction in the area. Very noisy upon arrival and we were not notified of this ahead of time. Also deck and deck furniture were in disrepair and actually dangerous. We were unable to spend any time on the deck which was a key feature in renting this vrbo. On the upside, the house was clean and is spacious; the beds and sheets very comfortable and towels were great and plenty of them. The kitchen was clean, but as other guests have said, could use a few more amenities. Sadly, this place needs some immediate attention before the entire property is in disrepair. Electrical outlet plates are missing (making it dangerous); wires were hanging out of elective sockets and the TV; mold is growing in the bathrooms and in an upstairs closet; paint throughout the house was spotty. This place does not deserve the 9.6/10 rating which it currently holds based on previous reviews.

Very Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was pretty, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to relax in. We were celebrating our daughter’s wedding in Charleston. The owners were so thoughtful, as we found a bottle of Prosecco in the kitchen! It was also lovely having the sliding doors on both floors and the balconies overlooking the lake. We definitely recommend this property!

This property was not at all what we expected after reading the previous reviews. The outside areas of the property are dirty and there is litter scattered everywhere. Two of the closest units have significant fire damage. Although the bathrooms and kitchen have some new finishes, the carpeting is very dirty, the unit doesn’t seem clean, and there is an unpleasant smell overall.one of the guests stepped on an exposed staple in the floor.

Birthday weekend

Stayed here for a friends Birthday weekend. Used Uber and Lyft to get around in Charleston . Great location and lots of space in the home . Plenty of bathrooms as well which is always a plus with lots of people

Great stay

My friends and I had a great stay here for our weekend getaway. The location was great, close to everything, but not immediately downtown where the crowds and noise are. The host was quick to respond when we ran into any problems. Only small inconvenience was that there was a large dumpster outside in the parking lot, making our designated parking space a tight squeeze. Looks like the neighbors unfortunately had a fire before our check-in date, so I am sure that is why the dumpster was there. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family looking for a place to stay in Charleston!

Charleston Get Away

We had a wonderful family vacation exploring the Charleston area. This property met our needs very well! The sleeping and bathroom facilities were comfortable and very accommodating for our family. Everything was clean and easy to use, and the property manager was very responsive. The kitchen could use a few more basic supplies, and the floor needs some attention in the dining room, but neither of those things impacted our stay in a negative way.

Cute little property. 5 minutes from Airport and 3 minutes from Tanger Outlets and TopGolf!

We stayed here overnight because we had a 6am flight for a family of 6 and it was a perfect location and very easy to get in and out of. The back deck area is beautiful!
