Rest easy on the plush mattresses in all four bedrooms, complete with an array of pillows to suit your preference. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and all the bathroom essentials you'll need, so you can focus on making the most of your trip. The primary bedroom is downstairs.

Guest Access:
You will need a car to get around town and two cars can fit in the driveway.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.

The home is centrally located close to a golf course, shopping, restaurant's, Boeing, Joint Base Charleston, the airport, Volvo, I26, and more!

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around town but it’s less than 2 miles to any shopping that you will need to do.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
