We are excited to host our second location! Entire House, this charming Mid-Century home in the quiet South University Place addition located just 0.7 miles southeast of the OU football stadium! 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house, 1127 sq ft. All new bedding and furniture (Feb 2020). Fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, bake ware, plates, etc. Bathroom essentials including towels, hairdryer, shampoo, & conditioner.

NO SMOKING ON PREMISES.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great for checking out OU!

Perfect location for visiting campus! Quiet little neighborhood, but walking distance to OU. Lots of room for our party of five to spread out when we were home, too. The house was clean, comfortable, and a great base for us to explore Norman. Shannon was great- very easy to contact and super responsive. I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back!

Great for campus visit!

This property was perfect for our family of 6 on our visit for an OU graduation ceremony. The home is in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of campus. The beds were comfy, enough towels for all of us, and even stocked with coffee for the morning. I would stay here again to visit campus.

Lovely home and great location close to campus

Easter Getaway

Enjoyed our stay, we wanted a place to bring my mom for Easter and this worked perfect. She hadn't been out of her place since Covid restrictions started and this allowed us a quiet home to visit with her, have lunch, take walks and just enjoy the day. The neighborhood was very peaceful and nice for a short getaway.

Great property! Being so close to campus made it easy for us to maximize our time touring the University. We could walk from the house to campus. Going to the house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Would definitely recommend another stay!

Excellent long term stay!

My wife, two kids and I stayed here long term for 3 months. The location is great! Close to campus corner, Walmart, excellent restaurants and 10 minutes from the main freeway. The owners keep the property very neat and it is visible when you drive up to the house. The house is located in a safe neighborhood near OU campus. The house was a great size for us with plenty of extra seats for guests. The owners were great hosts and responded very quickly to our calls/texts. Shannon and his wife are great people and want their guests to be comfortable. Our experience in Norman was excellent and we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again! Highly recommended!

Perfect Campus Retreat

I along with my daughter and her friend's and their families, truly enjoyed our time. The home was perfectly decorated, and provided all the amenities for entertaining. We hosted a wonderful dinner for my daughter and her friends who are attending OU. The house is conveniently located to everything on campus, and we will definitely return soon!
