It’s not the chain of Tru, it was how rude we were treated at check in. The hotel was not full at all yet she initially gave us a room on the first floor, which we realized was not far from the rec area where an active game of pool was being played and it was loud. I asked if we could be moved to a higher floor and there was quite a bit of heavy sighing, eye rolling and the “you should have told me before I gave you your key” (??). Not like she was too busy to switch us. So she moved us up one floor next to the elevator. We were very kind and pleasant and for some reason she just seemed highly irritated to accommodate us. The room was fine. But I could go to a Fairfield for the same price and have a much nicer room. The only positive thing (positive or negative) is it’s in a parking lot of a strip mall with several nice places for take out or to eat. It’s close to an outlet mall and easy access to the airport.

This is a new hotel right near the outlets. The room has open storage areas only—no closet or drawers. It was beautiful and clean. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. There is construction around the hotel, but our weekend was quiet.
