Oceanview review

The rental was clean except the vents in master bedroom was very dusty.(not good for people with allergies) I was disappointed there was only one TV. It would have been nice if there was one in bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. The dollar store was within walking distance. The beach was across the street. Kitchen was nice, but stove eyes were dirty and needed to be cleaned before I could cook. The oven as well had something wasted in it that I scrubbed off cause I was doing some baking.I love the kitchen counter tops. Also,a larger pot for family would have been great..I had to use two pots to cook one item.one of drawers in fridge had some fishy smell that had to be cleaned before We could put in our items. A nice touch was the touch lights in Every bedrooms. That was very nice. Overall I would rate about a 9.2. Whomever cleaned did a rushed job in my opinion. My first time renting an Air B &b.I have stayed with family before. My husband preferred a hotel, but our granddaughter and family was staying with us.. It was very different from staying at a resort. Other than that it was roomy, kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee and tea. Very good location & close to airport & beach. I would recommend if you just want average and location.

Amazing and thoughtful

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The property was very clean. They had toothbrushes in both of the bathrooms that were still in their packaging. I thought that was very thoughtful even with the body wash, shampoo and conditioner even though we didn’t use any of it. But I liked that they had that out there just in case you forgot yours. They had dishwasher and washer pods for cleaning your dishes and clothes. The Norfolk beach was in walking distance from this property, along with a few restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I can’t say anything negative about this place. It was very relaxing. The host was very communicative if you needed anything and she checked in with you to see if there was anything you needed. This place is definitely a place worth staying at.

Clean and Comfy

We loved staying in this rental…it had everything we needed and more! It is very clean and the perfect location for a beach vacation. After I had asked if there were chairs for the beach, the host voluntarily went out and purchased some…talk about hospitality!! We highly recommend this rental.
