Property was spacious with a great view. Check-in was quick and simple, and the instructions from the property owner were clear and concise. When we arrived the house was tidy and wiped down, but not clean. An open water bottle, Swiffer and roll of paper towels were left upstairs; as if someone was interrupted while cleaning. There were no cleaning supplies in the house. A cheap broom and dust pan was provided, but it just scattered anything swept into it all over floor. Poor quality supplies were provided throughout the house. The kitchen was seemingly equiped from a dollar store. The pans were scratched and peeling, there was no toaster, nor was there a can opener. The filters for the coffee machine were wrong, and the only kitchen sponge for cleaning was really dirty. The pillows in the bedrooms were poor quality. The bathrooms had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Be prepared to go shopping. The main floor had a slight fishy smell that became stronger everyday. The bedroom with the couch (living room?) smelled like cigarettes. It is clear the property owner is trying. Hospitality is hard. At 200 per room per night, the quality could be higher. They are missing the mark.
