The Space:

Your time here may be short, but the need for an elevated beach vacation remains. Welcome to Baycation, an ideal & comfortable home custom designed for a family retreat. Arrive to an expansive open living and dining area, curated to be the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy your time together. Hardwood floors throughout, stone countertops, new designer stainless steel appliances and a fully appointed kitchen round out this tastefully designed home. Baycation is a 4 bedroom home that comfortably entertains and sleeps large families. The Poly and Bark dining table seats the entire family and the custom designer sectional fits everyone for movie night. Plan to indulge yourself in real down comforters, 100% cotton sheets, hand picked feather and gel pillows and luxury bath towels. A sun filled primary bedroom is outfitted with a private patio, a king bed and a full sofa bed. Slip into the master bedrooms luxurious en suite bathroom and into your very own soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the additional 2 bedrooms have full/twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a bathtub for easy kid bath time! Step into the manicured, meticulously designed family outdoor space. This space was planned for real family time, a sectional sofa, fire pit, gas grill, dining table and a play set offering plenty of fun for the kiddos round out this vacation home. Welcome to Baycation.



Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.

NOTICE: We wanted to let you know in advance that the master bathroom soaking tub is temporarily unavailable during your stay while we investigate a possible plumbing leak. As a precaution, the tub handles have been removed, and the tub should not be used until repairs are complete.



The rest of the home's bathrooms remain fully functional, including:

→ The large walk-in shower in the master bathroom

→ The full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
