Schöne Wohnung, leider nicht ganz so sauber und kein Strandkorb dabei!!!

Leider wurde uns bei Check-In mitgeteilt, dass der inkludierte Strandkorb am Strand schon lange nicht mehr zum Objekt gehört. Weder der lokale Vermieter, noch Fe-wo fühlen sich für diesen Fehler verantwortlich!!! Wir haben den Betrag für fünf Tage Strandkorbmiete bis heute nicht zurück bekommen!!! Ganz schlechter Kundenservice bei Fe-wo, die Telefonnummer nicht vergeben und der Chat wird ständig von neuem gestartet. Bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral, alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wäre nur schön, wenn für die sehr hohe Reinigunggebühr!!! etwas gründlicher geputzt worden wäre. Spinnweben und Weberknechte in jeder Ecke. Schimmel in Dusche und Abwaschbecken, jede Ablagefläche staubig.
