Kurzurlaub Norddeich
Mietwohnung soweit ok, nur Bett und Wohnzimmercouch waren schlecht.
Couch definitiv nur zum sitzen geeignet, sehr hart und klein.
Matratzen sehr hart, Lattenrost na ja.

Gesamteindruck war gut
Bis auf kleine Mängel entsprach die Ferienwohnung unseren Erwartungen.
Die Abwicklung durch Interhome war bis auf einen Kontakt gut.
Ich hatte Interhome telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung durch meine Tochter
und ihren Freund genutzt wird. Bei der Anfrage nach den Personalien für die Kurkarte
teilte ich dies aus meinem Urlaub in Schottland telefonisch mit.
Dies wurde intern bei Interhome nicht weitergegeben.
Bei dem Kontakt meiner Tochter im Büro von Interhome in Norddeich wurde sie
von einer Mitarbeiterinäußerst unfreundlich behandelt mit dem Hinweis, dass nun
die Kurkarten neu ausgestellt werden müssen.
Ein derartiges Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel, zumal der Fehler bei Interhome lag.
