Tierra de Sol is a beautiful community and the back yard was a pretty view of the golf course and pool. Very easy check-in and we were greeted at the entrance gate by security. The neighborhood was quiet. There were sufficient towels, beach towels, kitchen had everything needed to cook at home….plus outdoor grill. The washer/dryer was perfect to have for our 10/day stay. We like being close to Arashi and Boca Catalina Beach….and it’s a quick trip down to the high rises with our rental. This home was very clean upon arrival. It’s in need of updates to the home to match pictures in the listing. I did inquire about the jacuzzi jets not working (from a read review) and the response days later was it would be looked at by maintenance. The jets were not working the 10 days we were there, nor was the jacuzzi hot. Pool was nice!

The house was in a gorgeous community and had a lovely view of the golf course. Felt very safe.There was plenty of space for a group of 7. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was great to have beach chairs available, but the cooler zipper was broken, so bring your own for beach days. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay there again. I would only say there are few finishes that could use some love to bring it up to a scale that matches the high end neighbourhood and the jets in the jacuzzi were broken. But otherwise, we loved it.

Directions to location from airport great with easy check in information very clean. Maids were still there cleaning when we showed up at 4:00. They did a great job but didn’t finish up till after 5:00 so we didn’t feel like we could just start settling in till they were gone

Great home in gated community

We enjoyed the open floorplan and nice pool. Home was in a gated community where they check you in and out at the gate. Close to Boca Catalina beach where the snorkeling was great.
