Christian was a great host. Excellent responder to all my questions. Our condo was pretty very welcoming and had the all the amenities we needed. Love the resort we were staying at. Had an excellent time.

Property exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing. Very clean unit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Listing was exactly as described. We definitely will stay here again.

The resort was great. Two days before we left for our fully paid week we were told they did not have a room for us in the middle of the week. This added a lot of stress and required moving hotels once and rooms 3 times.

Entire process was terrible

From check in to check out the rental process from the vrbo owner was terrible. At check in for my 7 day stay, I had to check in for 5 different rental numbers and had to check in for each and go through full process for each rental. After that I was told one of the rentals have been cancelled so I could check in but it needs to be resolved or I will have to leave after 2 days and then check back in. I called the contact for the rental and they did not know why it was canceled. The next day I had to go back to registration and another rental was made for the canceled 2 days but it was for a different level of reservation and I will have to change rooms twice during my stay. I would have to move from my Oceanside room to a garden view (overlooking the parking lot) view. I again called the rental contact and they said they will fix it. The next day I had to go back to the front desk. They said it was not fixed but they will let me stay in my room but had to change rooms on the last day. I again called the rental contact and this time spoke to the manager. He said he is sorry but could not do anything. I explained I received a 7 day rental and had no idea I would go through this hassle and did not expect to have to change rooms to a lower level room during my stay, when I paid for the same level room for my entire stay. He said there is nothing he could do and also said he would not give me any refund for going from an Oceanside room to a parking lot view. Overall it was a mess

Excellent

Excellent location. Crowded because of spring break but the host and amenities were great. Our condo was very nice. Check in was definitely not until 4 like stated even though the front desk attendant said it may be earlier.

Resort was beautiful! We had a problem with securing all the nights on our original reservation, but was able to secure 6 of the 7 nights. Housekeeping was supposed to come midweek, but they did not. Overall - a really good trip!
