Welcome to our modern, luxurious home in the quiet, family-oriented gated community of Gold Coast. The home features three spacious bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens), each with its own ensuite. Our open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area are spacious and bright with large glass sliding doors leading out to the private yard. The outdoor space is undoubtedly the highlight of our home, with a large pool (exclusively for you), sun loungers, a BBQ, dining table, and gazebo-covered conversation set.

Throughout our home, you'll find air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water showers, wifi, and a starter kit of basic supplies.

We recommend our guests rent a car for their duration of their stay, as it makes it easier to tour the island and access restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores. We have 2 free private parking spots in our driveway and there is also free parking within the Gold Coast community.

If you're not interested in renting a car, you can certainly still get by. There is a restaurant within the Gold Coast community, the beach is a 10-15min walk away (not recommended for young children due to lack of sidewalks), taxis are reasonably priced, and there are buses that pass right outside our complex.

Our property manager will be there to meet you upon arrival. She will show you around the home and make sure your trip starts off on the right foot. If you have any questions or issues throughout your stay, she is extremely knowledgeable and will be more than happy to help.

Our unit is situated in the upscale Malmok region on the northern part of the island. We are located in the beautiful, quiet and secure 5-star Gold Coast gated community, across from the Tierra del Sol golf course.

We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Perfect Aruba Getaway – Spacious, Relaxing, and Well-Equipped!

We’ve been visiting Aruba for over 30 years, and this stay was an extended trip beyond our timeshare. My wife and I, along with two other couples, had a fantastic experience. The property was spacious, easily accommodating all of us, and the amenities were perfect. Our days were filled with delightful snorkeling adventures and the joy of lounging on the stunning local beaches. The beach chairs and snorkel gear provided were such a lovely perk—we were even lucky enough to spot turtles and colorful tropical fish! This spot is simply perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and laid-back vacation. Thanks to having rental cars for our entire stay, exploring the island was a breeze! Alexandra and Cady were incredibly helpful in arranging an earlier check-in and later checkout to accommodate our varying travel schedules. Their hospitality made our stay even smoother. Fantastic! Home is beautiful like pics, well appointed, comfortable beds and living room space. Everything you need for beach… chairs/ cooler umbrella. House is supper clean.( no pests) Community safe and friendly. We were even able to trick or treat for Halloween and join in for Halloween festivities at club house!!! Communication and issues dealt with quickly. Best neighborhood and beach in Aruba!!!we will be back!!

Amazing month long stay

Our family of four enjoyed a month long stay in this beautiful home. The property had absolutely everything we needed, from an outdoor shower to beautiful linens, and everything in between. Amazing Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable and included amenities that were useful during our stay. Gold Coast Condo Aruba

I just wanted to let you know that everything was as communicated. The owner's advance information was comprehensive and accurate. The property manager, Silvia, was fantastic. She met us on arrival, gave us a tour of the condo, and explained how everything worked. She also gave us information about the island from a resident's point of view. She gave us her phone number and encouraged us to call with any needs or concerns. The condo is fantastic and in a desirable location. We highly recommend staying at this North Island condo.

Everything we had hoped!

The location and layout of the house was perfect for us. We rented a vehicle and had access within minutes to everything we wanted to do. The amenities of the home had everything we needed that allowed us to prepare for and cook meals to stay in, to access takeout quickly, and to go to many recommended establishments for breakfast, lunch or dinner very close to the house. The outdoor sports gear available was in great shape and we used it almost daily. The outdoor pool space was very nice and allowed for fun in the sun and shade. Next time we go we will definitely be looking to rent here again.

Stunning property

This villa is a must while in Aruba. The property had everything my husband and I needed to grill out, dine in, and relax while we were there. The beach items were in great working condition and the beaches are such a short driving distance away. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour and gave us helpful hints about the island and departure. My husband and I can't wait to return to this property again in the near future!

Casa Allegra- a great place to stay!

The condo was located in Gold Coast which is a gated community. Felt very safe. Condo was very clean and had all the essentials. Our host sent us a great info guide- recommended renting a car which was key to see the island and explore all the different beaches. The property manager was also very helpful and greeted us on arrival and departure. The community had a restaurant on site that had really good food at reasonable prices. The house was private with a beautiful back yard and pool. I would recommend staying here again.

Fabulous Villa and Great Location

The villa is located in an amenity filled complex! The villa itself is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. The pool is a good size, not a plunge style pool and the outdoor courtyard has a wonderful, comfortable shaded area to sit and hide from the sun. Extremely relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and all linens were top notch! The kitchen was a dream. Everything you could possibly want to create a meal or a snack. It even had sharp knives LOL. The cookware was all new, not scratched or worn. The villa is located near some fabulous restaurants and great beaches. We enjoyed Papiamentos for a lovely romantic dinner X2. We enjoyed Boca Catalina for snorkeling/bobbing in the gentle water and enjoyed Arashi for the sunset. We preordered food for delivery from SuperFoods to be delivered the day after arrival. They were prompt with fruits and produce well picked. Great free service. Alcohol was cheaper at NG supermarket, 4 mins from the Villa. Great selection of wine also. The only glitch we had was construction going on around the home and the street out front. It would start early but the home is almost sound proof so it didn't interrupt our sleep. We worked around this by going to the beach 9-930A and returning at 1P. We also missed all the crowds at the beach for the height of the day, so it was a plus. Sylvia the Villa manager was very kind and always kept us up to date on the construction. She's a great asset! Highly recommend staying here!

Truly Paradise on Earth

Our stay at Casa Allegra was pure bliss. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the property, but nothing compares to actually being in the space. It is a home away from home. Anything you need (outside of food) is there waiting for you. The property manager met us at the property to show us around the villa, and communication with her was effortless. All texts messages were returned immediately. I don’t believe in perfection, but our stay in Casa Allegra was very close to perfect! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Villa

We’ve vacationed in Aruba a few times, this was our first time at Gold Coast. The Villa was immaculate and had everything you need and more. Alexandra takes the extra step to make sure you truly are on vacation and have more amenities available to you then you would in a hotel. We rented a car which allows you to go to all the beaches and the palm beach strip for dinner. The staff at Gold Coast is friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site has great food and drinks with a beautiful atmosphere. Aruba holds a special place in our hearts it’s the only island we vacation at and now Gold Coast will be the ONLY place we choose. Thank you Alexandra for sharing your home with us we had an amazing trip!

All around Amazing!

Amazing communication! Amazing house! Amazing location! Amazing amenities! I could go on and on! Our family of 5 (mom, dad, 2 teenagers, and an elderly parent) felt right at home in this house! From the first time we contacted Alexandra, her quick responses proved that she cares about her guests and has great pride in her property; and it shows! Every question I asked was quickly answered! Everything in the listing is exactly what you get! Upon arrival, Cady (property manager) met us and quickly showed us around. She was available during our stay, but there was no reason to reach out since everything we needed was labeled, organized, and provided for guest use! The only time we reached out was to ask for a later check out, which received a quick reply! Their communication from beginning to end put us at ease and even helped us to plan, which in turn allowed us to thoroughly relax and enjoy our time on the island. The house was CLEAN, FULLY STOCKED, and each bedroom has an en suite! The community is gated, quiet, very well kept with security at the entrance. You are within a 10-15 minute drive to all the hustle and bustle, but once you've had enough, this place provides the respite, which is exactly what we were looking for. We rented a car and easily navigated through all our plans. All in all, it was a memorable vacation and we cannot wait to return with more family and friends. When we do, we know where we will stay!

Amazing Stay!

We recently visited Aruba & stayed at Casa Alegra within the private gated community of Gold Coast. The Hosts take great pride in their home. It's even better than the pictures! Everything was immaculate, clean, spacious, quiet, and incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and outdoor BBQ, dining and lounging areas. We give this place a 5 out of 5 rating because we couldn’t have asked for a better home. We hope Casa Alegra will be available on our next trip to Aruba.

Incredible stay!

Our stay at this home was nothing short of spectacular. In all our years of traveling, this stands out as one of our favorite homes. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need - beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kitchen/cooking supplies, etc – we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Having our own backyard, pool, and outdoor kitchen/BBQ was amazing. The amenities at Gold Coast were top notch and we loved being away from the craziness of Palm Beach while still being close enough to enjoy the restaurants. It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Our hosts were wonderful and quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We had another rental booked for the second part of our trip but did not want to leave this home. We will definitely be coming back here on future visits to Aruba and would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Casa Alegra in Gold Coast

To give this property and our stay here 5 stars, isn’t giving it the attention it deserves. We have stayed in many places, and while others were nice and accommodating, our stay here was absolutely incredible. So many things about a property are important to us and this one checked all the boxes! The kitchen is fully equipt with every pot, pan, utensils , dishes and appliances imaginable. Cooking at home, whether inside or at the outdoor kitchen is just like being home. The backyard pool and gazebo are the ultimate in enjoying the outdoors without having to go anywhere! The decor in this home is warm, comfortable and inviting. It is incredibly clean and spacious! The bedrooms have their own full bathrooms and their own climate control. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the pillows and bedding. The Gold Coast community is upscale and beautiful. We loved its location as well. If you’re looking for accommodations in a prime area with unlimited amenities, this property will not disappoint!
