My husband and I loved this house. We were supposed to have more family joining us, but it didn’t happen. Still, it’s perfect for only two. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. It’s close to so many things. Highly recommend walking to Nokomos Sunset Hut to catch the sunset and have a margarita and grouper tacos. A great assortment of bikes to cruise around on. This is a wonderful house to relax in after a busy day at the beach or shopping, or reading a book and listening to the waterfall in the pool. Owners are great and attentive to any questions. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic Nokomis Home

This was our 2nd time staying at Grant and Kim's home and we definitely hope it is not our last!! It's beautiful inside and out with a wonderful pool/spa area that is amazing and so relaxing. The neighborhood is great to walk. There are lots of dog walkers and the neighborhood people are very friendly. It's a wonderful location for restaurants, stores and the beach. If there is a problem Grant and Kim are on it immediately. The hot tub heater went out during our stay. We notified Grant and Kim and they had a repairman out the next day and all was well. They are the perfect hosts with the perfect home in the perfect location!!

Winter Away

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house and pool were ideal for us. The furnishings and the kitchen were excellent. Our host was very responsive to our questions and to getting us whatever we needed. Meeting her and her family were a bonus. The neighborhood offered us many good restaurants and the beach was close by too. It was a wonderful time away. We certainly plan to return to this house.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay! Wish we could stay longer! The house was clean and comfortable. We slept really good on the beds and the master bathroom was so spacious and comfortable with a great shower and a heater fan that my kids loved! The pool was our favorite! The temperature was perfect for November. Heated to the right temperature and the spa would get hot in minutes! Each room has a fan that we used when the AC wasn't blasting during the night. The kitchen had the basics needed. Bikes, beach toys and beach necessities we're so convenient. Kimberly was just a text message away, she communicated wonderfully! Truly a home away from home! We'd love to come back!

Paradise in Nokomis

This is a beautiful property that is exactly how it is shown in the pictures. The lanai, pool, and spa area is a little tropical paradise! This was our home away from home for 4 weeks and we loved it! The hosts, Kimberlee and Grant, were wonderful to work with and responded immediately if we had a question. This neighborhood is great for walking and pet friendly. We even met a few of the neighbors which were very nice. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches.We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again!
