Newly updated in family/pet friendly resort with all the amenities - near beach!

Our unit includes all the amenities of a hotel stay combined with the comfort of home. Our unit is complete with beds for up to 6, in unit washer/dryer, outdoor sitting and eating area to soak up all the sun! You won't want to miss the beautiful pool area with cabanas, ping pong, and plenty of chairs for sun bathing. Right near by the pool you'll find white sand volleyball courts (open games every morning at 9am), a small playground, huge pavilion that hosts many activities and entertainment throughout the year. The resort also gives you access to a library a fully equipped gym, two dog parks, kayak launch and rentals, mini golf, basketball, tennis, pickleball, and more!! Feel free to bring your furry friend with you and bring bikes for the kids to ride through the neighborhood.

The unit has high-speed internet, and the resort offers an internet Cafe with a printer and nearby complimentary coffee machine, making this a great work-cation destination!

Outside the resort you'll find a grocery store and The Paradise Grill less than a mile away to accommodate whether you want to stay in or go out! Siesta Key and their white sand beaches are 15 minutes away. Go walk around downtown Venice for a day out - just 10 minutes away, a great variety of restaurants are within 10-15 minutes so you never have to go to the same place twice, and Anna Maria Island is only 30 minutes away.

We have been traveling to this area since we were children and as adults we still look forward to coming back several times a year!

Great vacation home. Had everything we wanted. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. We brought all our own beach stuff and discovered they provide beach wagon, chairs, sunbrella, etc. Bikes too! Stayed in October and the neighborhood was empty. Woll definitely go back

Family friendly community

We stayed here for two nights and are looking forward to returning. The park staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lot of activities during our stay. They did a pool party and made hotdogs and also had a movie night at the pool. They did rock painting that my daughter enjoyed. The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the beach where we found plenty of shark teeth to take home. Perfect home and we can’t wait to return.

Nice & quiet stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were there for the FoxLea Horseshow and this was only about 10mins away, easy to get to and the grounds were really pretty. We ran out of time and didn't get to enjoy the amenities - like the pool or volleyball - but they sounded super fun :) Bedding and linens were great and plenty. Felt super safe.The second bedroom was a bit warm (it was a HOT April) but we moved the living room floor fan to the back area and it was fine.

Wonderful stay!

Each year our son competes in a skimboarding competion at Nokomis Beach. This property was only a short distance away and was convenient to travel back in forth to the beach over the long weekend. The residence was very clean, comfortable and either had (or in the resort) every possible amenity you could think of within arms reach. The VRBO description is very accurate and our family had zero issues during our stay. We recommend 100% and will consider staying again next year.

Last minute travel

This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member.
