Perfect for the whole family! This spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home is situated near some of the best beaches and shopping Florida has to offer. This place is ready for you to unwind and relax on the vacation of your dreams.

This single level, handicap-accessible property is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom, fully furnished home centrally located south of Sarasota. It is equipped with a heated pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor patio with covered lanai and pool cage. The third bedroom serves as both an office area/bedroom for remote work allowing full internet access. Cable television is available in the living room and outdoor lanai areas.

This property is in a quiet, gated neighborhood with direct access to the intercoastal waterway. Located near Nokomis beach which is 5 minutes away, and Venice beach only 10 minutes away. The Legacy bike trail and a beautiful lake park are only 5 minutes away in the opposite direction.

This property is also located only ten minutes from the Venice Theater, Venice shopping and fine dining. Sarasota is located only 30 minutes north on the Tamiami Trail, allowing access to world-class Siesta and Long Boat Key beaches, McCurdy’s Comedy club and all other Sarasota amenities.
