Mal estado del apartamento

La ubicación y que tenía aparcamiento El estado del apartamento era bastante deplorable. El lavabo y cocina olían bastante mal. Se notaba que no ha habido ningún tipo de mantenimiento en el mismo: paredes con humedades, el baño con los apliques y espejo oxidado, falta de limpieza en muebles (había polvo), las persianas no se podían subir bien (se quedaban enganchadas), el sofá de la sala incómodo (cinco minutos sentado y daba dolor de espalda), algún utensilio de cocina estaba sucio, los armarios tenían arena en los cajones. En general la sensación es no se le ha hecho una limpieza un poco intensa al apartamento porque había suciedad debajo de las camas por ejemplo. Tenemos la sensación de que el apartamento ha estado mucho tiempo vacio y que no se le ha hecho ningún de mantenimiento para ponerlo en alquiler, sino que se ha alquilado tal cual. Entendemos que hicimos la reserva a última hora y en fechas complicadas (tuvimos que modificar fechas por temas laborales) pero por el precio que hemos pagado nos parece excesivo por el estado del apartamento. Hemos alquilado varios años apartamentos con vuestra empresa y siempre hemos estado muy contentos con vuestro servicio y con el estado de los apartamentos. Pero este año la sensación es que el alojamiento estaba muy descuidado. Lo que si nos ha parecido muy correcto es el servicio que dais en cuanto a la reposición de toallas y sábanas, además de la facilidad de cambio de fechas y mantener el importe de la reserva.
