This comfortable and modern studio apartment is located in a well-maintained house in a quiet district of Nin, just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre. It is the perfect choice for couples who want to spend relaxing days on the Dalmatian coast and offers everything needed for a relaxed holiday.



The air-conditioned studio is located on the first floor and impresses with its well-thought-out room layout. The open living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the private balcony with seating, guests enjoy a view of the garden - ideal for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedding, towels and WiFi are included. Air conditioning, satellite TV and a communally usable washing machine provide additional comfort.
