One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional and the facilities exceeded all extractions. The room had a stunning view over the river and was beautifully equipped. The evening meal on both nights we stayed was the most wonderful and delicious food. I couldn’t recommend this hotel and its restaurant more.

We had a wonderful three nights at Kinugawa Keisui. The staff were kind, helpful and remarkably patient with us. When we couldn't work out how to turn off the private onsen in our room, which shuts off automatically, someone came to the room to show us. They also stepped in to help us sort out a taxi fare. The room could not have been more beautiful and inviting; the large windows bring the natural setting right into the space. And the breakfast and dinners were excellent. We are so happy we made the choice to stay.
