Kurzurlaub in Kassel

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Einzig und alleine sollte in eine neue Pfanneinvestiert werden. Diese war nicht mehr benutzbar. Sonst alles prima.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Zum Geschirr wurde schon viel geschrieben, daher ein Vorschlag von mir: reduzieren Sie Anzahl von Geschirr und Besteck, dann werden die Menschen es vielleicht eher spülen, anstatt es in den Schrank zu stellen. Als Vermieter können Sie wirklich nichts dafür, dass sich einige Gäste so benehmen. Es hat mich gefreut, Ihr Gast gewesen zu sein 👍

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung,gute Lage,nette Vermieter,nur im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen,da saunaähnliche Temperaturen herrschten-draussen 40grad in der Wohnung gefühlte 50grad,keine Rolläden,Gardinen waren nicht zugezogen,kein Ventilator,wir konnten es nicht aushalten,unser Hund wusste nicht mehr wohin,dass wir erst gar nicht versucht haben dort zu schlafen,es war schade.Klar kann man nichts für die Hitze,aber evt Vorkehrungen könnten/müssten schon getroffen werden(nur als gut gemeinter Rat)

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung . Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Balkon mit Aussicht ins Grüne. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Bushaltestelle und Einkauf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfach toll!!!!

Schöner Blick und ruhige Lage

Ferienwohnung für max. zwei Personen und ein Wochenende ok, (Schlafsofa unbequem,) Anmietung und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos und gut beschrieben, Bäcker in der Nähe, Kasselinnenstadt schnell erreichbar Sauberkeit im Wohnbereich ansprechend, im Bad und in der Küche verbesserungswürdig (Dusche stark verkalkt, Geschirr und Besteckkasten schmutzig). Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt an einem Wochenende für uns OK, für einen längeren Urlaub wünschen wir uns s mehr.

Eine absolute Empfehlung - gerade auch bei Geschäftsreisen

Gerne empfehle ich das Apartement der Familie Baum weiter. Bei meiner Dienstreise nach Kassel im August 2016 hatte ich das Glück, hier eine gut geschnittene, komfortable, verkehrsgünstig gelegene Unterkunft zu finden. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Feldrandlage in Nistetal mit Blick zum Herkules - dem Wahrzeichen Kassels. Liebevoll mit einem Touch guten "USA" eingerichtet, konnte ich meinen Feierabend genießen. Die vollausgestattete Wohnung verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang, der Schlüssel kann unabhängig von einem Treffen am Objekt über einen gesicherten Tresor empfangen werden. Ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Couch, Esstisch und Zugang zum Westbalkon (Nachmittagssonne inkl Untergang!). Die Küche ist (für ein Apartment) geräumig, und ausreichend bestückt mit Allem was man braucht. Was mich sehr gefreut hat, ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Ebenfalls lagen Hand/Duschtücher und Fön bereit. Die Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise ist unkompliziert. Hier nocheinmal einen herzlichen Dank an Frau Daum. Ein kleine Anmerkung für Geschäftsreisende: Sie erhalten eine professionelle Rechnung mit Ausweis der USt inkl Nummer. Daher kein Problem bei der folgenden Kostenabrechnung. Ich freue mich, bald wieder Ihr Gast sein zu dürfen.

Wohlfühlfaktor 5 Sterne!!!

Wir waren 4 Tage Gäste in diesem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die sehr ansprechende, moderne Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit und ruhige ,aber dennoch zentrale Lage zum Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kassel sind Pluspunkte. Tolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage!

Ich bin beruflich oft in Kassel und übernachte dann immer wieder gerne in dieser Ferienwohnung. Hier ist einfach alles top: die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig am Stadtrand Kassels gelegen - trotzdem ist man aber in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Bus in der Innenstadt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen!

Selten eine so tolle Ferienwohnung erlebt - modern, sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist für tolle Abendessen bestens ausgestattet, das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich und richtig einladend. Es sind keine Wünsche offengeblieben, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! 1. Der freundliche Empfang. 2. Der Blick auf Kassel und Herkules von der Terrasse - nicht zu uebertreffen. 3. Die Ausstattung: neu, vollstaendig, bequem und geschmackvoll. 4. Die Ruhe. 5. Der Baecker in der Nachbarschaft. 6. ...... Fast moechte man lieber im Apartment bleiben als auszugehen. Absolute Empfehlung!
