Hello. The neighborhood is very nice. Worth visiting. As for the apartment, I would look for a better one. A lot of noise in the evenings and during the day (right on the street). The landlord charges a deposit, I don't really know what for. Then he returns and we still stay in the apartment. The air conditioning is moldy and moldy. The broken window blind is in the wardrobe. We had to check in from 17.00 and the lady arrived at 19.00, we had to wait. Not very nice landlord. I do not recommend.

Appartement bien placé avec une vue magnifique

Appartement agréable et confortable. nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous envisageons de revenir pour plus longtemps. Il est à regretter certaines petites attentions pour le rendre parfait, (petit panier de bienvenue, par exemple). Il est en effet difficile pour seulement quelques jours d'acheter 1 kg de sucre, 1 litre d'huile, de vinaigre, du sel, du poivre dont on se sert peu mais qui sont toutefois indispensables. Idem, pour la quantité trop juste de pastilles pour le lave vaisselle (3 seulement pour 10 jours). Quelques fourchettes supplémentaires seraient également à rajouter.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Topaussicht

Die Wohnung ist tip top sauber, modern und die Aussicht ein Traum. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Grundausstattung mit Salz und Pfeffer, Müllbeutel oder Toilettenpapier eher sparsam. Freundlicher Empfang: Christelle hat uns alles genau erklärt. Toll, dass ein Parkplatz dabei ist. Die 600 Euro Kaution sind für mich unverhältnismäßig hoch. Bei der Endabnahme wurde penibelst in jede Schublade geguckt, obwohl wir die Wohnung in einem optisch optimalen Zustand zurückgelassen haben. Man kam sich vor, wie in der Schule... Unseren Aufenthalt am Meer hat das nicht negativ beeinflusst. Eine Ferienwohnung, die man durchaus weiter empfehlen kann.

Très beau séjour

Très bel accueil de Christelle avec une délicate attention du propriétaire à notre arrivée digne d'un grand hotel.Des belles prestations. Par contre un ZERO pointé pour ABRITEL qui nous oblige de régler la caution de 600€ au moment du solde soit 1 mois avant le séjour. Caution que je n'ai toujours pas récupérée!!. j'ignore la légalité de cette pratique qui n'en demeure pas moins très cavalière!!!!
