Excellent location. Two drawbacks that I noticed, one is the very steep stairs to the upper level. The unit is not appropriate for someone with a mobility impairment. The second drawback was the very low water pressure especially in the shower. These were drawback but I would recommend to others and would stay again myself.

The apartment was very clean, cozy and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, too. The balcony was rather small, but that’s typical for France. Located in the city center, the flat is excellent to discover Nice and also for day trips, as the train station is less than 10 minutes away. Across the street, there is also a large supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be great if, for longer stays, more towels could be provided. We stayed for one week and only had one set of towels each. Also, more toilet paper rolls would be great. Thank you.

Excellent location for an apartment in Nice. Walkable to the train station, beach, and tram lines. The check-in/out process was seamless and the host was very responsive. They use an app that makes the stay very easy. The space was very clean when we arrived with basic supplies such as dish soap and toilet paper. The apartment had good amenities, but note that it gets fairly warm upstairs, even with the AC on. They do provide fans which kept us comfortable overnight. The water pressure can be low when using multiple appliances at once (e.g. washing machine and shower). Great size for a short stay and would recommend for future stays.

Спасибо за гостеприимство. Наш отдых был расслабляющим и романтичным. Над дизайном квартиры работал человек с хорошим вкусом. Плюсом было расположение в центре, где до набережной, многих достопримечательностей нетрудно дойти пешком (приблизительно 20 минут). Можно и общественным транспортом, остановка трамвая (50 метров). Рядом (20 метров) от подъезда торговая улица, продуктовый магазин сразу у входа в подъезд. Это удобно, если вы покупаете воду и продукты чтобы готовить. Второй плюс это планировка квартиры, она двухэтажная, свежая, на кухне есть все необходимое. В квартире кровать и ванна находятся на втором этаже. Душевая очень маленькая. Мы жили 7 дней и это для нас не было вовсе проблемой. Третий плюс это наличие балкона (он крошечный), но выпить кофе с французким настроением можно/нужно. Дом исторический, высокие потолки, есть лифт, холл со старыми фотографиями города. Спасибо хозяину за то, что он разрешил нам выехать позднее, это было связано с расписанием самолета.

Short stay Gem!

Top floor, safe, secure, well-lit, high ceilings, clean apartment and building in city center very close to all forms of transport: trams,train,buses,vélo bleu bikes and close tram stop that goes right to the Airport! Great for a short stay. Personally I loved the electric kettle and the non-stick cookware and sturdy hangars. To be attractive for a stay longer of than a week, have atleast one comfortable chair with some kind of foot rest/stool. The backless hard high stools, a low little butterfly chair, and a worn uneven armless little sofa were not comfortable to relax a little after a long day.
