Stay in Nice

The property was as described, had everything we needed. Air conditioning was great and made for a cool apartment and escape from the heat. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sun in the late afternoon. Great location for easy access to old town Nice, port and beach. Tram just a few steps away from apartment, but equally easy to walk to where we wanted to go. Obviously as the property was right on the tram line, you do hear a bit of noise from the trams and people milling around, but it didn't bother us, and it didn't disturb our sleep at all. The trams are less frequent late at night/early morning and do stop for a few hours during the night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a lovely base to come back to and relax after a day out. We were provided with orange juice, water and a bottle of wine as well as a fruit bowl which was very welcome.

Appartement vraiment incroyable

L'appartement était incroyable tout est à proximité (pharmacie, Super U...). L'hôte est bienveillant il nous a indiqué des endroits a fréquenter. Si je repars à Nice c'est ce logement que je choisirais.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, sie liegt nahe Place Garibaldi, vom Flughafen aus mit Linie 2 und einer Station Linie 1 sehr gut zu erreichen. Oleg ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hat zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage funktioniert super, Küche gut eingerichtet, schönes Bad. Balkon ist tatsächlich größer als er auf den Bilder wirkt. Gleich neben der Haustür ist ein Supermarkt, direkt vor der Wohnung fährt die Straßenbahn - in der Nacht aber nicht, nur in der Früh hört man sie manchmal läuten. Sonst ist aber wirklich alles sehr gut. Merci beaucoup!
