Amazing stay!

Host was very kind and met us as the door and walked us through the apartment. Was in a perfect location in old Nice with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Very well equpped and layed out, ideal location

Well the reason I didnt give it a higher rating are 2. The steps are very diffucult, and risky. I am 80 so it was frightening. They are poorly lit which can easily be rectified. And 2nd is the noise. The dumpsters attracted gulls who squack very loudky and frequently. attract sea gulls the otgers

A Real Gem

Wonderful location. This flat is interior, no street noise, but plenty of sunlight. 3 deadbolts, all appliances are newer, very comfortable Queen bed, adequate storage, interior is well lighted, one flight of stairs, then lift to 5th floor, quiet neighboring apartments. Plenty of linens and soft furnishings. Short walk to tram and the beach. lots of walkable restaurants and shopping in old town, and a tram ride to city center department stores. Natalie was right there at check in time and gave us a nice introduction to the neighborhood. I've travelled extensively in Western Europe and this flat is one of the best I've found.

Relaxing Girls Trip

We loved staying at Nathalie’s apartment in Nice. The location was great, right in the center of the old town and it was very quiet even though the bustling city was right under us. Nathalie was very helpful and the apartment was so adorable.

Superb Location

Very pretty little apartment that is very well equipped. In old town Nice, many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and boutique shops right out the door. Easy walk through the old town to the waterfront. The bed is large and very comfortable. Lots of hot water and efficient AC. Great value on the Riviera.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé dans le vieux Nice

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’appartement dans la vieille ville, sur une rue piétonnière et à proximité de restaurants, de boutiques, d’épiceries, de pharmacie. L’appartement est confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. L’appartement est propre. Nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser le four pour réchauffer nos mets à emporter même après avoir lu à plusieurs reprises toutes les instructions du livre explicatif laissé dans un tiroir. Notre hôte ne savait pas non plus comment fonctionnait le four. Cela nous a déçu car nous avions loué pour 10 nuits et ne voulions pas aller au restaurants tous les soirs. Le divan lit où mon frère a dormi était confortable ainsi que le lit dans la grande chambre. L’appartement étant situé au 5 e étage, c’est très calme. Notez qu’il faut franchi plusieurs marches (+- 15) au premier palier avant d’arriver à l’ascenseur.
