The fully equipped galley kitchen is set to one side of the living/ dining area through an open archway. With a large refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine plus Nespresso machine you have everything you need to take advantage of the culinary delights of the region.
The dining table seats six on smart leather chairs and takes advantage of the light from the window for a luminous dining experience. A second large window allows light through onto the lounge area, where you can sit back and relax on a large sofa and admire the carefully selected artwork or take in some home entertainment. There is also a large A/C unit fitted for your comfort.

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are large, airy and comfortable with French windows and elegant fittings. Both have ample storage, seating and lighting options, and the ‘piano’ room opens onto a wonderful south-facing balcony overlooking a central courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of street life. The second bedroom also looks onto the courtyard for a more peaceful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
There is one main large bathroom, completely elegant in style! There is a walk in shower for you convenience, wash basin and electric toilet. There is also a separate W/C.

Outside Space
From the Piano bedroom leads out to the South facing balcony, here there is a beautiful pink table with two chairs, perfect for an evening aperitif.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

'Belle epoque' apartment in the heart of Nice

Nice apartment with three bedrooms at the back and away from the street noise. However, not for light sleepers due to noise from neighbours' TVs and walking around late at night and early morning. Other than that, the apartment is well equipped and in a very central location, two minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the (pebble) beach and Place Massena. A car is not required as it is within easy bus and train services around the city and along the coast both west and east all the way into Italy - parking near the apartment is a nightmare unless you are happy to pay more than 20 euros to park in a nearby car park.
