We stayed for 2 days for my wifes birthday. Our family dog (chihuahua) was very welcomed in the vacation home and pet deposit was a reseasonable price. We utilized a BBQ pit both days to conveniently cook steak and seafood right outside of our cottage. The tiny home was very clean and modern with a cozy feeling. Extremely comfortable bed. The only down side is there's no access to water unless you rent a water toy. But very quant town, big fishing population, and the locals are friendly. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Cottage appeared newly remodeled and had everything we needed. Great access to the lake and private dock.

Cute place

cute place ACROSS the street from the water. It was still very pretty. Unfortunately our wifi was out the whole weekend and the house was ice cold when we arrived. Once the place warmed up we were able to enjoy ourselves

Disappointing but still had fun

Misleadingly called a lakeview cottage at lakefront property, but this place is one of several small cottages across the street from the lakefront property, in what used to be a small trailer park. Advertised ping pong table and pedal boat rentals were not available because it's not summer, yet these were still advertised. Not enough hot water for two showers and dishwashing, to which Angelique did not bother to respond. Also not enough towels. And the couch doesn't face the TV. Generally not a lot of effort is put into this place.

Nice Trip

The cottage was in excellent shape, clean, and cozy. The owner, Angelique, was very kind and helpful during my stay. She even put on the heater before my late arrival to make it warmer due to the cold weather. She truly cares for her customers.

BEAUTIFUL remodel! All new, comfy cozy w/ GREAT AC.

Very helpful owner and a pristine cottage 30 seconds from the lake make this a great stay. Rico's BBQ 300 yards away is excellent! Nearby Shannon Ridge winery has some very good wine at a great value.

Clear Lake is not so clear

I went on this microvacation (Tues-Sat) to get out of the city and enjoy some outdoor summer activity at a lake. Wrong choice. Clear lake is NOT a swim spot. I didn't even want to get out on the water, let alone in it. Unfortunately, the lake has become yet another indicator of something much more troublesome than a less-than-expected vacation. The current drought we find ourselves has the lake receding and overpopulated with algae. Some of the algae is toxic in some parts of the lake. We left a day early and returned to the comfort of outdoor air-conditioning (aka San Francisco fog).

Absolutely Perfect

Angelick was the hostess with the mostess!! The property was just as described in the amenities were there for my use at any time . My Tiny was clean and updated and absolutely perfect for my stay! Looking forward to doing this again ❤

Just WOW!

I was born and raised in the area and upon moving away and returning a few times a year to visit family and friends. Over the years I have seen this property go through a couple of owners and watched it transition from originally being a beloved family owned vacation resort to turning into a “questionable” location where I personally would have NEVER stayed, back into the hands of an owner (Angelique) who is whole heartedly restoring the property back to its original state. Angelique seems to have taken the time over the past couple of years to renovated and repair the individual cabins/cottages into safe, comfortable, enjoyable places to stay and bring your family and pets!! We have already booked out next stay at this property!!
