This well-equipped and cozy cottage was planned by the architect so that you can spend a wonderful vacation in it not far from the beach. It has 2 bathrooms and nice terraces and outdoor jacuzzi. Outdoor shower is also available. The house is comfortable and modern, it offers free internet and is suitable for a vacation regardless of the season. The large open plan kitchen/living room is flooded with light and it opens onto the terrace. There is comfortable garden furniture here. You also have it cozy in the living area, there is a fireplace stove. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeping lofts in the house. In the surrounding area there is a rich wildlife, in general, the whole neighborhood radiates comfort and tranquility. You are in a beautiful nature and not far from the 18-hole golf course, which is located on Dueodde.
