The property is full of ATV trails showcasing rolling hills, cypress bottoms, creek frontage on Big Cow Creek and a 3 acre stocked pond complete with a white sand beach and 20 person above ground pool/hot tub. The three separate houses offer the perfect blend of community and privacy. Enjoy the outdoors during the day by taking a quiet nature walk or run then crank up the music at the beach or head on over to the sporting clay range. Other outdoor amenities include pickleball and basketball courts, playground for the kiddos, and fire pits.
