A must stay :)

The loveliest stay in a beautiful location. We stayed for 3 nights at Jayne and Deans b&b and didn’t want to leave. Every aspect of our stay was 5* from communication, cleanliness, friendliness to a beautifully decorated room and amazing breakfast. Location and view was also perfect. We couldn’t recommend staying to others more. Thank you all for making it a lovely weekend away☺️

We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. Jayne and Dean are the best hosts you could ever have! They are beyond helpful and just make everything about your stay seamless. The breakfast is amazing!! Plan on having their wonderful breakfast and skipping lunch lol I normally don’t eat breakfast but their fruit bowl is exceptional and my husband loved their full English. We’ve just checked out from Lazy Waves and wanted to share our lovely experience. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect- right across from the famous Towan Beach with the iconic house on the island. The owners themselves run the place, which makes a real difference - you can feel the care and warmth in everything. We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

We had an amazing getaway at Lazy Waves, thanks to Jayne and Dean exceptional service. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and delicious breakfast (and the apples), everything exceeded our expectations. This is by far one of the best B&b we have stay in, there is a well-thought detail in every part of the property and the location is just amazing. Superb personalised service. Beautiful room. Perfect and scenic location. The breakfast was delicious. If we could we would have had dinner at the hotel too. Comfortable bed, we would have like to open the window wider. And preferably have had a summer blanket. (It was a bit warm to sleep well),
