Good small family home place

Enjoyed meeting family halfway and exploring the area and area beaches. House well kept and updated. Both bathrooms on first floor. Backyard not as clean and kept up as hoped for grandkids to pay outside, but otherwise enjoyed the house.

House not ready and dirty 2 hours past checkin time

We didn’t actually stay at property as when we checked in 2 hours past the checkin time. The house was dirty, beds dirty from previous guest, trash in kitchen, dishes on table, bathrooms dirty with used towels. The back yard was not maintained and grass was overgrown. Very disappointed, had to find a new place to stay in short notice with kids. The process to receive a full refund was very difficult. Still never received a full refund for the property. The area is very sketchy and only parking for 1 car.
