Well-appointed and clean townhome conveniently located in central Newport News. This very quiet subdivision is located just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, museums, and shopping. This home has two large bedrooms, each with a private full bath. There is an open living room and adjoining dining room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and has a storage shed. Private parking spaces. We allow two pets; cats must be declawed.
Downstairs: Large kitchen with pantry. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to create your favorite meals. There is a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and oven, and dishwasher. We provide a starter pack of detergents, soap, paper towels, etc.
Powder room, two closets, and laundry are on the main floor.
There is a dining area with seating for six that opens to the large living room.
Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, chairs. A Smart TV is connected for streaming and there is access to local television.
The living room opens to an enclosed backyard with patio and storage shed.
Upstairs: Two large bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, nightstands. Both have black out curtains for a good night's sleep. Each has its own full-size bathroom. A desk is located in the front bedroom; in case you need to get some work done. Starter packs of soap and toilet paper are provided. All linens are included.
