Enjoy a porch swing, EV charging, & a pet-friendly artificial grass potty area with ramp for the fur babies. With all the amenities of a typical home, it's perfect for relaxing or adventuring!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The garbage can is on the right side of the home when facing it, behind the porch.
Turn off the lights, fan and TVs but please leave the Mitsubishi mini-split turned on. Put it on 60° if it's cold out and 80° if it's hot out.
When you're ready to check out, please send a quick text to (615) 988-4702 to let my cleaner know the tiny home is now vacant. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keys are to remain in your possession during your stay. Duplication of keys is strictly prohibited.
Please cleanup after your pet EVERYWHERE on the property, including the doggie potty area at the tiny home. PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES!

Cool little community. One thing to be aware of is parking if you drive a large truck can be difficult.
