The highly coveted pier pier-to-pier location and spectacular Pacific Ocean views make this home a memorable destination that draws vacationers back year after year! Here is what you will find:

LIVING/DINING AREA: - Large open floor plan with sofa and additional seating, streaming TV - Large dining table with seating for eight and additional table with seating for four - Sliding glass door leading to front patio, grill, boardwalk, and beach
KITCHEN: - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, both large and small appliances - Large center island with barstool seating for five - Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.
BONUS ROOM: - A bonus room (no door) with a twin-size day bed and twin-size trundle; TV; and a stairwell leading to the garage
HALF-BATHROOM: - Powder room with single vanity

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOME, LIKE MANY IN THE AREA, DOES NOT HAVE A/C.
NOTE: The fireplace in the living room and primary bedroom is not operational. The jacuzzi tub in the primary en-suite bathroom is also not operational.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, two twin rollaway beds (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING: Two tandem spaces. One space in the garage, and the other in the carport (left side of the property only).
LOCATION: Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access to Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling, and sightseeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world-famous Christmas Boat Parade.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations of fewer than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

The house was awesome with an amazing location. You can literally walk out the patio door, walk 6 ft and you’re in the sand on the beach! A huge kitchen was so nice as we made some great meals while there. The host was very helpful, gave great instructions, checked in on us and answered questions very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Best Location in Newport!
This is our 6th rental in Newport Beach and Is by FAR our favorite. Plenty of living area and large covered patio on the boardwalk. Love the proximity to the newport pier. Dont miss the Farmers Market on Sundays at the Pier! Cannot say enough how much I love this placce!

The location was great. The management people were also great.Here’s what wasn’t so great. 1. Almost all pots and pans needed to be washed before we could use them including the blender.2. The neighbor 1 house down from us has 2 large Doberman pinscher dogs. They run out onto the porch, which faces the rental home, barking at every dog that goes by. They also are using the porch as a potty station. You can see the poop piles and see the urine running over the porch. It smells!!! The barking was awful and then the owner would yell at the dogs from inside the house to “Shut up”. I felt very sorry for the dogs.

Great Views
The home was overall very clean, had everything that you could ever need in kitchen. The only thing to improve on is extra towels since there was only one per person. Also the sofas were not comfortable. And yes it can accommodate up to ten persons but this includes a trundle bed and two foldable cots. But location and setting was perfect since it was close to anything you might desire.

We are from the OC area and wanted to plan a family staycation. We had a wonderful time at this house which was right on the boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. the check in process and communication was amazing. We will be coming back and renting this house again!

Outstanding beach front house centrally located in NB within walking distance to the pier, great restaurants and Balboa Bay. Photos on website accurately portray the property.
