The Helton House is a 4 BR 3 BA modern rustic mountain secluded retreat nestled on a 10 acre working farm.

The house is over 2800 sq ft with an open family room, dining room and kitchen concept. Every room features floor to ceiling windows that open to several views surrounding the home. An architecture spiral staircase centers as the focal point. Wrap around decks.

The Helton House is located 8-12 minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort for winter fun and is very close to local attractions- Linville Winery, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, The Alpine roller coaster and several other major attractions and award winning hiking trials!
The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms.
