Ground Floor
Entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes.
Living & Dining Area – Two sofa’s, lamp, TV, coffee table and log burner effect stove.
Kitchen – A fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 – Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, and drawers.
First Floor
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and drawers. Please note that this bedroom features a low, arched ceiling, which may restrict headroom in some areas.
Bathroom – Family bathroom with an electric shower, wash basin and toilet. Please note, there is no bath in this property.

Parking – Free On Street Parking - Parking permit required for weekends & bank Holidays (supplied).
Pets – Two well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional charge per stay.
Outside Space - While the property has no outdoor space, it is perfectly positioned just moments from Tynemouth`s beautiful beach and excellent local amenities.
