Magnificent Waterfront Home with Pool

This beautifully designed and furnished home offers all required for a luxurious seaside vacation. BBQ, firepit, pool, open concept kitchen and family space, 2 master suites and spare bedroom. Ocean and Merrimack River views in both master suites. Step right out the back gate and right onto one of the best kept secrets in New England, plum island beach. House is beautifully situated far away from any public parking keeping the beach very low key and leaving plenty of privacy between groups.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

Beautiful and comfortable home - exactly as described! Such a great location and amazing to have a pool so close to the beach. We also appreciated how quiet it was - plenty of people enjoying the beach and their homes, but low key and truly taking care of this special area.

2 weeks of summer happiness

I stayed with my husband at this wonderful home which was truly a toes on the sand experience. Because there are no houses between this house andthe ocean there is always a cool breeze no matter how warm a day it is. We had family visit from the area and everyone had a terrific time. The host was immediately responsive to a number of questions we had and i would go back next year.

Dream home

We stayed in this stunning beachside home for almost 6 weeks and it was a time we will remember and cherish forever. The house and property are unmatched, with so many unique and luxurious features, like the pool, Master deck, jacuzzi tub and so much more. Memory was so incredibly helpful, always responding to questions in a very timely manner. We could not have asked for a better stay- if truly was a dream.

Lovely stay in late August

We had a great stay at this lovely home in an unbeatable location to uncrowded areas of Plum Island Beach. Check-in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive when a couple questions came up during our stay. Watching the gorgeous sunrise every morning from almost any room of the house was a treat. Thanks for our stay!

The perfect combo

The location is literally beachfront with easy access to stunning beaches and if you don’t want to walk to the beach, the pool is a welcome alternative. The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for our family of 7. We absolutely loved our stay.

Beautiful house/great location

The house is fantastic. The master bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and stylish and there is a roof deck with great views of the ocean. There is a pool and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach - couldn't be better for a lovely Plum Island vacation.

Great house and location!

Great access to the beach, very clean house with amazing views, and a very refreshing pool! Close proximity to Mad Martha’s and several restaurants and a short drive to downtown Newburyport. The hosts were extremely responsive.
