Filthy beds, moldy shower, on loud street.
This property was advertised as 'stunning apartment', 'newly rennovated'. Sleeps 5. And the location is great and looked quiet. BUT, It only sleeps 3, the apartment looked reasonably new, albeit the flooring was laid well. But it was filthy. The beds were really really old. The frame on the double was broken. The mattress was old, stained and uncomfortable. The sheets didnt smell clean and were visibly dirty. The duvet had blood stains on it. We went to get clean sheets but when we opened them out they were covered in dirt, or something disgusting. The showers both had black mold in them and the sinks were ridiculously small.and in practical. The sofa smelt of dogs and was stained. Under the cushions was so much dirt and crumbs, but they have covered it with blankets. They didnt provide enough towels and when we messaged the host for a spare, they told us they were in the cupboard, but they weren't. My husband and i had to share a towel. This could be a great little rental if the beds had clean sheets, enough towels, some mirrors in the bedrooms to use to dry your hair. Some lighter bedding, (for hot evenings) maybe a floor standing fan, a new sofa and new mattresses. They could even put a bunk bed in the single bedroom and a sofa bed in the livibg room. But its not cared for or thought through at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.oh, and the wifi only worked in the kitchen.
