Great location, great potential. The pool is COLD, which is too bad. We have 3 children who love swimming. The playroom for children got locked and none to unlock it, until next day we asked the only part-time employee who cleans the rooms to unlock it. The property has great potential. A bit more attention to these details and it would be perfect. Pool temperature is important. Make it comfortable.

We had a disastrous stay here. The bed creaked extremely loudly and eventually I had to take it apart with my bare hands and remove the headboard altogether. There was no cleaning service at all and not one maintenance person on staff during the busiest weekend of the year to help with issues like a falling apart bed. Stay away! This place is a disaster.
