With 3 bedrooms including a bunk bed, full bed, and queen bed, guests will have a comfortable stay, with all the necessary amenities. Enjoy the convenience of walking distance to a quaint public beach, Bubba's Bar and Grill, Ice Cream Shoppe with outdoor seating, both located across the street from beautiful Lake Sunapee. Local shops, parks, more beaches and restaurants also within walking distance or just a short drive up the road. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Tired home in a great location.

I’ve gone back and forth on how to rate our stay here. The location was amazing, parking and check in were easy, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. That said, the property had some cleanliness issues. Particularly in the kitchen, where we found very dirty cabinets and dishes. There is also no lack of decorative items in already small home. For families with young kids, note that the water heater is an RV sized water heater, which made getting our young kids cleaned up with enough hot water left for us to shower difficult. You should be prepared to take very quick showers if coming with more than a couple people. Overall, we appreciate the hosts responsiveness and the location but would probably not stay here again.
