Do not stay here if you care about average to above average.service. There was a language barrier that cannot be ignored. Okay, here are the pros: Clean hotel throughout from the from of the hotel, lobby, elevator, hallway, and room. The rooms were a good size. It was in a quiet and safe area location, tons of places for food, transportation, and shopping. It had a great small to medium sized refrigerator and nice modern microwave. It had nice big windows with a decent street view. It was well-lit throughout the hotel and the workers seemed alert when they were not conversing with each other. Cons: Hotel keys did not work very well. Every day for our 6 day stay we had to get new ones. Everything took forever, check-in, new keys, basic questions (which we stopped asking) after the first day because we had to repeat everything several times as ALL the workers had poor English literacy. You also got the feeling the staff didn't like the customers as they CONSTANTLY spoke in Pakistani amongst each other. They smiled at each other, but never towards customers. I felt they could care less about us. The rooms had some character because of the tall ceilings, but lacked decor and color. The bed was fine. They did not have one comfortable chair in the room. The bathroom had a pedestal vanity with very little room for toiletries.There was wasted space throughout the room which could have been used much more effectively. The Courtyard Marriott next door would've been a better choice.

Rooms were very clean! I do wish someone came in to change my linens once, but I get the vibe that this place normally doesn’t host people for as long as I was there. Excellent location, incredibly nice and helpful staff. I had a very restful and pleasant stay! Thank you all for your hospitality.

Been here over 5 times but this will be the last I’m so disappointed, staff stole from me rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Not only that there was no heat hot water nor was the toilet even able to flush regardless of how many times i complained to the front desk about my health conditions being pregnant and having severe asthma it was ignored , i used to love this hotel but this is definitely my last time definitely disappointing especially the way management handled the situation of their employees stealing from customers

Love the location and had a great visit last time but not this one. The tiny room was freezing cold - the heat didn’t work properly and even though it was supposedly set to 86, it was 55 degrees for our entire stay. The sink had issues draining, we didn’t have hot water, we weren’t provided with enough towels, and the freezing cold floor really needs a rug or something. The patio was leaking cold air inside and really needs sealed off in the winter. Very disappointed in my stay - will NOT return.
