Booked through a third party site and was charged an undisclosed "resort fee" - a junk fee hotels charge because they can. Great hotel and staff - no amenities to justify any type of resort fee. A minor situation and customers should call it out more often.

Not many hotels in the area provides valet parking, so it is definitely a plus that South Park provides it. Overall, the hotel didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The pictures online looked much better than the actual property.

Overall a wonderful stay. Pillows were too soft and having a refrigerator would’ve been convenient and not have to throw out leftovers. Otherwise great bath products and clean and specious room. Wonderful staff and service even at Rosehill rooftop restaurant. Would stay here again.

The staff were helpful. The lobby had a few places to sit to relax or to eat a bagel from down the street. Free coffee and tea in the morning. The room was clean and the beds, while small for two people, were comfortable. My husband and I also enjoyed the rooftop bar one night. I would stay here again.
